You can tether using your phone or you can buy a mobile hotspot device or usb dongle, and buy credit from Verizon or Virgin Mobile, and use their wireless internet service but both have bandwidth limits. If you won't be gaming much before you get you regular internet then I'm sure it will be okay but I'd keep an eye on the data usage on your phone plan so you don't get charged fees for going over.

Verizon doesn't give you an "unlimited" option but the $50 option gives you 5 gb so it seems to be the better deal.
