I like playing guitar, mandolin, bass, harmonica, listening to and playing acoustic rock & folk music, video games, running, lifting weights, working out in general, kickboxing, tae kwon do, traveling, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, hanging out with the Mrs.

Stereotypically, I pretty much only watch wrestling on TV.

All manner of things.

First off, you seem to have a very distorted view of wrestling fans. The way you word your replies, I'd be inclined to believe you think wrestling fans are nerds. Which raises a real good question. If you perceive us as internet geeks, why be included in the majority???

I could respect a wrestling fan trying to gain more insight on what depth we actually have. I'll bet you'd be surprized how many "geeks" here have as much depth or maybe more than an average internet user. Seems to me your talking semantics now. Thinking that staying on Facebook or Twitter updating your life every minute isn't geeky is a delusional argument at best. Obsessing over keeping up a profile so others can read every irrelevant detail of your day is definately what I'd consider to be nerdy.

Lastly, this is why I hate wrestling forums. Simply because I attempt to add my own unique insight into topics here, someone has to analyze me personally. Are you a psychaitrist now??? If not, please keep your opinion of my real life to yourself. You don't know me, so don't pretend you do. I may not agree with you, but I don't step over the line and insult you or take shots at you. I hate streotypes b/c ppl like you pretend NOT to embrace them, then turn around and contradict yourself. Which is it??? I really don't care how it appears to you. I certainly don't think I'm hard done by, although when you try to take shots at me or analyze me without knowing me, I'll respond. I'd say I'm entitled to that, since you have done the same thing(repeatedly)in every thread we have posted in. The fact is, I call it like I see it. You seem to have to take a personal attack on me in order to achieve what you perceive as humor.

Secondly, wrestling may not be considered "cool", but I assume we are here b/c we don't care about that. I'm here b/c I love wrestling, always have and will. Regardless of what the mainstream ppl say or think. Mainstreamers say we are nerds, and I say there's a very thin line and double standard there. Agree to disagree...

I can respect your opinion, though seeing eye to eye isn't gonna happen. In essence, it's what I think makes for a great discussion. Can't have a balanced look at things without different views. Spice of life, or so I'm told.
