My biggest concern is the clinch. Nobody has seen how Brock handles a thai clinch, and Overeem can be lethal in it.

Awesome point. A clinch could give us a heavyweight silva/Franklin to marvel at. I gotta choose Overeem. Even on the ground, the Reem's jits could prevail. This is an intriguing matchup

Anything between round 1 through half of the second round it'll be Overeem winning. Beyond that the advantage has to go to Lesnar.
