because he looks as threatening as a bowl of rice pudding. Which is fine against guys of similar or a bit bigger stature (AJ, Angle, The Miz, Chris Jericho etc) but you don't buy him for a second against Matt Morgan, Crimson, John Cena, Undertaker etc. Which is a shame, half a foot taller or 30lbs of muscle heavier and he could make millions.
