Surely Banner himself put something together to keep Hulk in check, the arrowhead could be Vibranium, and Hawkeye's the man to take the shot (before he starts to "root for the guy").

And since that's a plot detail, I better see Hulk toss the team around for a bit. That will be fun.

It's silly, but so are comic books in general.

I could see hawkeye being the one to bring down Hulk as a way of proving he's fit to hang with all these super types. He and widow are definitely going to have to have a badass moment or two so they don't come off as tag-alongs.
