Practice... having him on superstars isn't helping him. All wrestlers do a lot better when being interviewed by regular news shows because they can be themselves. If they can't really "act" then creative needs to give them a character that they can relate to.... Accent the positives, minimize the negatives.

But it's easier said than done.
