Great show
![]() -Really glad they are making Rey vs. Sin mean something, assuming they are building it for Mania. I'm not a Sin Cara fan yet, but Rey is incredible. Seeing Rey "pass the torch" to Sin at Mania (if both stay healthy), would be a great moment. It's good to see that WWE is treating this as a dream match. Anyway, I'm enjoying this slow build. -Tag match was fun. Nothing special in-ring, but it told a funny story and was memorable. That's more than you can say for most tag title matches (not a knock on Kofi/Truth, just a knock on the writing). -Cesaro/Ryder was okay. There's always at least one filler, and it was tough to care about this match since Cesaro just began his reign. Nice to see Ryder on PPV though. -Orton/Ziggler was awesome. Two thumbs up. It only makes sense that this would rock, since these two never seem to have a bad match with other opponents. -Divas was ok. It's good to see that there's a little twist in this story, and who knows, maybe it can actually lead to a Divas match with an ounce of heat next time. -Sheamus/Del Rio. This feud needed to end so badly. Not a knock on either guy for their in-ring work, because they put on a very good match, it's just that their feud and storyline is very tired. Each guy needs to move on. I enjoyed the match though. The live crowd was begging for Ziggler which was cool. Not sure where Sheamus goes from here, considering they need to build a HIAC in 6 weeks time. Perhaps they play off of Orton/Sheamus from 2 years ago, and they have their rematch in a Cell where Sheamus can get his win back over Orton? It would be a totally different match, considering Sheamus is Champion (and also a babyface). It would be an unorthodox HIAC build, but I think it can work well. Have Ziggler cash in after the HIAC, win the belt, and set up a triple threat for Survivor Series. -Cena/Punk. Wow, just wow. These two are awesome. Loved every minute of it, and it had a true "main event" feel. This is a must-see, and I was really happy I was able to watch it last night. ![]() |
