The bonuses aren't necessarily performance based..he can make $100,000 just for making weight (sub 230) each of 6 random weigh ins during the season. He can make almost as much as his base salary if he's not a fat ass basically.

Saw that after I posted. Under 230 the first three, under 235 the last three.

Wish my job gave me bonuses for making weight.
