Cesaro is doing great but he was US champ before they started putting real effort into his character. His first few months as rugby player / Aksana boner / multilingual foreigner were a total mess. Teddy Long isn't exactly a perfect foil for your debut feud. If theyre going the Sandow route with Fandango it's a proven success as a starting point so it makes sense to try it again. At the very least he's not just coming out squashing guys nobody cares about then dancing afterwards.
