He was the same guy that threw the goat head out on the statue last year. he also sent Ben a goat head in the mail which caused FOX Sports Radio to ban anyone sending anyone anything.

Witort told Ben Maller he served 44-days in jail after being arrested in late June on a gun charge. He promised to appear on Ben's radio show in August of 2008, after his probation ends.
