That doesn't need to happen. Keep some of the WWE Title challengers with the WWE Title. For instance have Punk beat Cena again for the title. Then let Cena challenge Dolph. Makes Dolph and the WHC just as prestigious as the WWE Title. Instead, the biggest starts you have challenge for the WHC are Orton, Big Show, Sheamus, and sometimes Chris Jericho. Which makes it hard to think any of them would actually win the WWE Title and makes the WHC less important.

It also brings down the WWE Title's prestige in the process. The fact that Cena would lose it and be like "Meh, whatever. Gonna go after this one instead" kinda shows that neither one is a "pinnacle". Might as well just add a third "world title" so even more people can be involved in a "main event" title picture. It would be better to just have ONE ultimate goal for everyone in the company. It's way more meaningful when everyone is gunning for the same prize in the big picture.
