Everyone keeps slamming into me and killing each other. I've probably been put in with the bad players because I dared to quit one shooting range minigame days ago (I actually thought it was endless and you just left when you got bored) and blew up someones personal car because I had the gall to go after a bounty and didn't know it was theirs. Why give us explosives if blowing up NPC cars gets us police attention and blowing up players cars gets us a warning about playing nice?

Because NPCs are not players who purchased the game. R* are essentially policing the game. Looking at your complaints, I know for a fact you would absolutely hate the kind of free for all that would exist had R* not regulated certain activities. Careful what you wish for.

The trouble should only start if someone constantly wrecks the cars of the same player over and over again in a short time peroid. Like if I blew up your personal car 4 times in an hour, then I'd say that's hassling you. At the very least, the "don't destroy other players cars" thing should be dropped if the player in question has a bounty. Then it's justified. If he's not got a bounty on his head, fine, no destroying his personal car. I know but this guy was, physically, not there. I saw his blip but he was not there in the gameworld. Doesn't Lester make your blip vanish and not your character? Quote:
So, I didn't know it was a personal car, I didn't know there was anything wrong with blowing up a personal car and the game was telling me "Kill this guy and get money", which I did. I then get told off and potentially punished for it. |
