The problem is there aren't enough true "franchise" QBs around to just keep drafting, busting, and cutting all the time. At some point, player development needs to be looked at.

Player development is important. The bengals have a surprisingly good track record of developing outcasts into solid players.
Ultimately daltons decision-making and timidness cant be developed by a coach. He has weapons all around him, the line is solid, the defense is great, special teams is great. He is literally the weak link on our roster.
