Perhaps he is saying that because he, like the rest of the football world outside of ninerland, know that there is no way in any stretch of the imagination that the Hawks will have to win a playoff game in San Fran this year.

I don't think he thought about what he was saying that much. I'm pretty sure he was just being an asshole, as he tends to be. Major shit talker, that man is. He is the first to embrace the "forty whiner" moniker and then blamed the refs for their loss yesterday at the presser. Pretty weak.
