I'm from Winnipeg and I just got the network running on my PC & PS4 last night.

What you need to do is go to www.unblock-us.com to convert your router (4.99 per month), then sign up for the network while converting your postal code to a US zip code. Then, pay for the Network using Paypal, works perfect for me.

For more information on how to set up everything, go to the Unblock US website above and they have a WWE network section.
