Yeah I would go new monster. The idea Kalayx has is pretty good.

I want to know why were they bombing Godzilla in 1954? Was it just because he was a big lizard or did he attack anything? Also why did he disappear after his 1954 appearance?

That could be stuff for the sequel.

Its cause hes a giant monster no nation on earth would want something like that alive.
