In all seriousness I wonder about that His employees (former and current)will swear up and down that he's a great boss but he seems like such a bastard a lot of times .

He's probably a relatively nice, normal person most of the time. That being said, he runs a hugely successful company and he didn't get to that position by being Mr. Nice Guy all the time. At the end of the day, in order to get things done, he's still the boss and has to be a bastard a lot of times, even if he doesn't want to.
