Btw, when playing online, check out Grove Street whenever you can. I found a fully "pimped out" Balla lowrider parked in the cul-de-sac. Stole it and sold it for, roughly, $12940. Excellent pay off for a randomly spawning vehicle. I'm unsure if it spawns more than once or if it's a one-off thing but I haven't seen it since.

Also, a lot of the time, one of the cars Simeon asks for in his texts is parked outside Michaels house, in my experience.
