I don't really see the appeal of Lesnar vs Owens. Owens hasn't been established enough yet to face a guy like Brock at the show of the year. He needs a much bigger push and some much bigger wins against more high profile opponents first.

Not that many options available for Lesnar with a lot of quality stars out hurt. Considering the WWE has been ignoring how Owens lost the Cena feud, he's at a high enough status to make a feud work with the amount of time till Mania.

Kofi got a match against Lesnar for the Japan tour just because Lesnar wanted it. If Lesnar wants the same with Owens, doubt the WWE would say no.
