I think it's actually cool that he won, but hard to see how that sort of opponent is going to help Reigns? Maybe they are thinking in terms of match quality?

But feeding him another popular guy doesn't seem like a good idea

Remember in the title tournament when they had him beat Cesaro and Ambrose to win the title?

Yeah, they aren't doing themselves any favors if they want to get the crowd behind him.
