The announce table will be at the top of the ramp instead of at ringside as well

I don't like this, because if I recall from when it happened during the BISCHOFF ERA, it seemed like the announcers' were a bit more disconnected from the action, which already seems to be a problem for Cole/Byron. Graves is used to it though, so I'm hopeful he can get some life out of them.

I will give them props for at least changing some things. Here's to hoping to the death of PRESS X TO RELOAD. BRIGHT LIGHTS HYPE CROWD YEAH WE CAME TO THROW DOWN
