In regard to the financial issues leading into Bound for Glory, Carter said that the show was never not going to happen but acknowledged that they "scrambled" leading up to the PPV.
Assuming the stuff Dixie said is true, WWE's not coming back with an offer till TNA is actually dead/bankrupt. Also she might have accidentally confirmed the rumors of her and/or John Gaburick sabotaging Corgan's efforts to buy the company.

How wonder how much of her assets she had to liquidate to prop up the company until the end of the year. She goes down with the company financially she will have earned it. I would imagine she could have negotiated the debt into part of the purchase and come out of it relatively solvent
