Fucking internet. If this were the 80s/early to mid 90s nobody would have a problem with Hayley's happy-go-lucky gimmick, but in this stupid world where it's more cool to be an asshole than a nice person and being yourself everybody acts like Charlotte's the best thing since sliced bread but she really isn't anything special.
