Oh I'm not saying Hall did.

But if it weren't for DiBiase's amazing Mid South and Japan work, I'd be voting Hall. DiBiase post 1987 is more often than not bad instead of good.

DiBiase is also one of the more blander babyfaces I've ever seen. I have a bunch of stuff from his WWF run in the late 70's/early 80's and he's pretty bad. He didn't get really good until he became part of the Rat Pack.
