Prob'ly the whole "owning" crap... which is funny, because the company opted for her to drop "Flair" in the first place, since they're so sporadically in love with the idea of just having one name. (see: Elias Samson and Alexandr Rusev).

And I guess, as with Cody (Rhodes), if she ever leaves for any reason, she can't be "Flair" somewhere else.
