Emma's not very good at working heel. Her opponents end up less over than before they started. She might fair better as a babyface, but she would be #4 baby, at best, on whatever show she is on.

Just on Summer Rae: People seen to forget she had an active run as a bitch heel in NXT. I don't want to say she was great or anything, but she actually helped get Sasha and Charlotte over, from memory. She had catchy, although generic, theme music too. Paige, Emma, Summer and, as a visiting coach, Natalya were kind of like a pre-Horsewomen.
