The only way I can see them trying to turn Bryan is if they're going to let him out of his contract eventually so he can go wrestle elsewhere. I can see them trying to plummet his stock a bit out of malice.

Can see that. But they're better off turning him into an over-the-top WWE apologist. Making him a renegade heel is just going to make him "cool" and re-heat him as a babyface.
