Definitely. In my opinion horror is the most diverse genre of film that exists. It spans everything from cheap slashers to Let The Right One In. I'd argue Pan's Labrynth is as much a horror film as a fantasy film.

The thing is that people have their own definition of horror so some people wont see Get Out as anything more than a mildly spooky comedy or a slightly funny horror or whatever.
People are as right as they want to be.
