Sam Adonis plays a Trump supporter as a heel down in Mexico last I checked. He's a heel. I doubt he actually believes the things he said. He's doing it to get heat, but wrestling is heatless now. Bring him back. Pay him to get his ass kicked.

He called his opponent a fag and said the crowd looks like they have downs syndrome.

Waving around a Trump flag and (in the case of this show) lapping it up about Brexit or whatever would've gotten him heat enough. You don't need to go for even cheaper heat.

I'm as PC lefty as they come. I don't mind this in wrestling if that guy is going to be a heel. It is inauthentic for a Trump supporter to come out and make intelligent points or be sensitive to the feelings of "liberal snowflakes." The whole gimmick should be based on a privileged perspective of free speech. If you want to be a PC lefty and get offended at heels getting heat, then maybe it's time to admit that wrestling is not for you. It's also probably time to admit that you're still capable of being worked. I'm just glad someone is making an effort in 2018.
