Goldberg vs. Cena is the right way to go. Especially if you are going to try and sell streaming rights and make hundreds of millions of dollars. Bray Wyatt is a mid-card gimmick and probably best as a babyface.
The only thing that can ruin this are the stupid fans who will try to take matters into their own hands and boo anyone that isn’t a full-timer even if the way forward for the moment is the genuine fucking stars.
Goldberg has to lose the belt to someone, and that is going to mean more than beating Bray Wyatt likely ever will.

Only a duffer like Noid would consider this as the greatest decision ever in the history of sports and entertainment. He's more concerned about the company's finances and their marketability to third party streaming platforms rather than enjoying the damn product or caring for compelling storylines.
