Even in countries/states where 16 is the age of consent, there's a massive gap in mental and emotional maturity.

Can't accuse of underage sex if both people are legal, legal age is legal age. But I would definitely have a hard time imagining the older person wasn't being manipulative in some way.

Even if there's no legal wrongdoing, anyone in their 20s feeling the need to date/pursue someone who would be the age of a high school sophomore would definitely get the side-eye from me.
