Did vince himself tell you that Smeat? Because he literally never looked flabby.

I remember one photo he took with the rock where he didn't look ripped but the camera can play funny tricks. In fact, it's from the shoot that xrod posted where he actually looks jacked.

Flabby was a poor choice of words but more of him lacking Vince's ideal chiseled look for a mega star.

That film shoot was done while he was away the first time because of leukemia and used his free time to get jacked up for filming purposes.

Reigns also mentioned in a recent interview that his current look is because he spent the past several months just working out so he could get jacked for his new persona and shirtless look.
