Figure-4 would be better done inside in the corner... cuz if you wanted to do it, you'd have to get them out, do the move which would involve rolling them back in and pull their legs out...

Instead it should just be a corner move where your wrestler goes out, trips them, pulls their legs out and such. While they're add it they should add the "slam knee into ring post" attack done so often as well as Steiner's tree-of-woe followed by a choke on the outside.
I could have sworn I had heard about this, but I wasnt sure... Like I said, yeah, that would be a better system...
