There's a lot of unexplained shit. Why does the Lin Kuei hate the Shirai Ryu so much? In the games, sub-zero kills hanzo as part of a job for Quan Chi. So what's the story here?

How the fuck is Sub-Zero 400 years old?

So Scorpion can just come back? Why did it take him over 400 years to get off his ass?

Writers thought Chinese and Japanese hatred was good enough?

Assuming SZ fought for Outworld, winning combatants get youth and power for the next tournament? might be wrong there.

Cole was given the gardening tool and I guess it sensed SZ...straight teleported Scorp outta the Netherrealm?
