You can’t create new stars booking pushing guys nearing 60 who can’t go anymore and have lost 4 of their last 6 matches and their last two title matches. Beating Goldberg does nothing for Lashley. Pushing Big E, even if he loses, and making him look close, possibly setting him up for a title win down the line and creating fan support behind it, does way more.

Goldberg brings nothing to the table at this point. He’s better off aaa a one off on TV destroying a jobber in a segment. He shouldn’t be anywhere near s as headline match. If you’re gonna use older stars from yesteryear, go with more recent olds, like Edge and Cena.

Goldberg brings nothing to the table at this point. He’s better off aaa a one off on TV destroying a jobber in a segment. He shouldn’t be anywhere near s as headline match. If you’re gonna use older stars from yesteryear, go with more recent olds, like Edge and Cena.
I think it could do well if the put Riddle over Goldberg.

Tickets have already been sold and WWE doesn’t give two flying fucks about marketing stars because their entire selling point of the brand itself, not the stars. Goldberg is a zero unless he’s gonna put over Riddle, because, unlike giving a guy coming of back to back title losses another match for no reason, a Riddle v Goldberg Match actually makes sense.
