Sure AEW has done a decent job of rehabilitating Miro and have allowed him to channel his inner Bolo Yeung at times, but still he's not being used to his maximum potential. His feud with Best Friends is the most notable thing that he's done in AEW and that's why he should probably be wrestling Orange Cassidy tonight or even Chuck Taylor or Wheeler Yuta. Now, maybe they've had a blow off for that feud but honestly I don't remember if they did and if they did it probably wasn't that memorable because I don't remember. I think it's time to make some actual stars that can pop a rating when AEW has to go head to head with The Challenge and in my opinion putting Miro over tiny little flip floppers is just telling us something we already know and can see by looking at the man, he's a beast. Why not have him working a program with someone who is actually exceptional in the ring? One of my issues with AEW is that in protecting certain guys they are having to pull their punches on a lot of TV matches and give us "highly contested squash matches". Let's not pretend that Feugo has any business in the ring with Miro. Miro has a multitude of guys he can work great programs with from Darby, Death Triangle, Kingston, Archer, OC, Andrade, Cody and more. Let's get some good shit moving for Miro, I feel like we've been pulling punches the whole time TONY (if you're reading). |
