Wonder if Jericho loses, and Cody as an EVP waives the stipulation allowing Jericho to wrestle for AEW once again on the condition Jericho waives the Cody can never fight for the AEW Title.

That's an interesting idea/loophole. I keep thinking that Cody's stip will come up eventually.

Unless Cody turns heel as a result, that would just deflate a lot of the rub and specialness of MJF's win over Jericho to end his AEW wrestling career. Even if he did, it still would damage the rub for MJF.

Would also mean major stips in AEW wouldn't matter if they can just be reversed afterwards. Last thing AEW needs is to pull a WWE with being haphazard over handling their match stips.

Shit yeah I left out that preface that this would be a Heel Cody abusing his EVP power. Even with all the heel stuff Kenny and the Bucks do, they havent really brought up and/or abused the EVP status. That would be a way for Heel Cody to be different than the other Elite heels.
