you can't just take a flag meant to be flown and put it over your shoulders and call it a cape imo. it's still a flag. bulldog had a special sequined cape made up with a neck tie thing and some wrist straps.

Very true. Bulldog's was modified and decked out to make it shinier and specific for wearing. Angle would just drape a flag over his shoulders.

So let us agree to agree on this one.
