R-truth is the most underutilized talent on the roster. More so than Cesaro even. Guy is incredibly athletic, can still go, has a unique in ring style that is different from anybody else, and has over two decades of experience which he can use to help make any young star he works with into a better performer.

And they have him dressing up as a bush every week.

I am sure he prefers it that way.

If he were a serious act, he would get his push and his title and then Vince would immediately lose interest and he would be stuck in purgatory with with no story or direction. He would then get released because he wasn’t over.

With his comedy, he is into his 14th consecutive year with the company, despite being 50 years old and having never been a big player.

It pays more to be able to make Vince laugh.
