He goes for the Phenomenal Forearm but Priest with a kick to the head and AJ to the outside. Priest gets on one knee in the ring and raises his arms as the lights go out. A dark blue light shines onto Priest. Winner: No contest After commercials, we cut backstage and AJ is asking what that was from Priest. He says he doesn’t care what Edge or anyone else does, they won’t stop him from getting to him.

C’mon man. You can’t judge Raw by its best bits, and AEW by its worst. Well you can, but you can’t then also plead a “good faith” argument.

I watch highlights of WWE via YouTube. I did not see the AJ/Priest stuff. I’m not obliged to like AEW. I don’t. It’s not very good. That’s got nothing to do with good faith, lol.

The ECW trope of lights going out and on like magic is one of my least favorite things in wrestling. Losing via a lighting change made me think of that. I agree that the AJ/Priest match just ending is stupid. But again, I’m not obligated to digest it and scale it against AEW like a fanboy might want me to do though.
