All the sites reporting it are crediting Meltzer. If you click on the source in this very link you posted it directs you to Meltzer’s report that says “WarnerMedia was told to stop all promotion of Jeff Hardy in any commercials or anywhere else immediately.”

I doubt that Khan has that level of pull over Warner Media. I mean, WWE didn't have that pull over whatever company was running Smackdown when that company decided they didn't want Hassan on their channel after the London Bombings, and it's Fucking WWE.

My guess is that they pulled the plug on promoting Jeff Hardy like they did preemptively on the Briscoes and like they did on MJF.

You don’t think Tony Khan has the “pull” to say “Hey, one of the guys you’re promoting for our show this week and beyond on all your networks just got in some shit and he’s not gonna be on our programming for the foreseeable future so please pull him from promotion”?

Why would that even require “pull”? As if Warner’s gonna be like “Who the fuck are you, peasant?? Fuck off! THE JEFF HARDY PROMOTION CONTINUES!”

Yes. Because if Vince McMahon didn't have that kind of "pull," whose company is synonymous with professional wrestling, why would the son of a bumper maker?
