On the televised portion of the draft, SmackDown took a bunch of stables which amount to 17 people drafted vs. only 10 for Raw.

The totals including the supplemental draft made it 21 for SmackDown and 24 for Raw.

You can fudge the numbers a bit more if you exclude managers but regardless, it's sorta sensible why Raw got more supplemental picks + it being a longer show.

Of course this is all headcanon anyway.

Yeah that’s definitely you rationalising it

Like Raw had the option to draft those factions too.
