All right. Here's my chart. The favoritism part does not count in my final score.

Favoritism: 7
Wrestling(In ring skills): 9
Charisma/Mic skills(Promos, ease with crowds): 6
Entertainment(Does he provide it?): 8
Dedication: 5

Final Score(Average): 7

Dedication includes Politic and other factors. For example, Mick Foley and Sabu would get major scores in dedication because they were almost willing to die on the job(figuratively). I guess it would count as the heart/courage attribute in some RPGs.
