Oh and they didn't give the Titles to Rhyno/Tajiri because Rhyno couldn't get the Belt around his waist and that's one of the rules for tag team champions on Raw. You have to wear the belts.

LOL is that really why? Pretty stupid if you ask me since I don't think that Big Show ever wore the belt, or Yokozuna, Andre, etc. Why only have it for the tag titles?
