We record ocals, guitars and bass like this, drums wise, our lead guitarist programs drums to a T, and our drummer is phenominal. If you want any advice on progs to use etc. gimme a PM.
I don't have my own pedal. I mic my amp. What program do you use to make the drums? I use Guitar Pro to make a drum track and export the midi. For "Void", something got fucked up somewhere and it saved at 32 kbps, which is terribly low quality. My recording of "A Dying Aura" sounds much better quality-wise. I'm not really concerned, since I'll probably be recording a proper demo during Christmas break in a real studio with a real drummer.
