How can I get rid of these fuckers?

Try starting up your computer in sade mode and delete the icons. Check in the task manager to see if there are any programs that i running that could be related to any of those icons. Disable them( if any) and then try to delete the icons. My best bet is to go into safe mode and delete them icons.

Right, I went into safe mode, but for some reason the icons wheren't there, sneaky bastards. But when I return to normal mode, they are there
