I can't find a straight answer.. From what I gather he got a 1 year sentence and has already started serving it.. I guess he'll be a free man by the beggining of next year..

(The reason I was confused and thought he was out was the judge gave him 30 days after his trial to turn himself in.. He took the whole 30 days to record interviews and videos..)
