Two of the games were Detroit blowing out San Antonio though

That being said, so this year had three close games and four blowouts, name a better series in the last couple years? The finals haven't been to a game 7 in a long time.

Yeah, not a good series at all.

I even thought the game 7 was lackluster. Very sloppy, especially the first half.

You can say that again. The officials tried to screw us (Detroit) over in the first half by calling all the fouls the other teams way, just like they did all the other games in this series and the East Conference Finals vs. Miami (lets remember people, these guys officiated both series'), but we squeaked out a 39-38 halftime lead, only to let it slip to a tie at the end of 3, and then we got more of the bullshit calls in the fourth that ultimately doomed us to failure but GODDAMN IT WE DID NOT GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And all you motherfuckin haters better watch out cuz DETROIT WILL WIN IT ALL IN 2006! (Unless we get more biased officiating against us AGAIN).

Oh and to the NBA officials who officiated the last 2 series, if you're reading, this one's for you :foc:

I gained a whole new respect for the spurs this series. I started by rooting for the Pistons, but as the series went on, Spurs became the team i wanted to win. I'm a diehard Lakers fan, always will be, i should hate the spurs, but they earned my respect.

Great series I thought. I love Duncan so I was pulling for the Spurs. I love how he plays the game. Just goes out there and plays smart basketball. No kind of trash talk, no kind of overblown emotion. The man

Every time I see Ginobili, he always runs up the middle and jumps to dunk it and gets knocked down really easily, aside from that I quite like both teams, but I wanted Detroit to win

Honestly, the reason I don't like Duncan is because he plays with no emotion (or so it seems). In game 7 it looked like he was, and I liked him for that game, but otherwise he is way too boring. Also, KG shoots better FT%
