That is very true. The man was so upset in WCW that he gave up a multi-million dollar contract just to go to another organization (WWE) so he could be treated right. (Then again, we seen how that played out in storylines)

Shows how much a little bit of happiness does to a person when they get it after being unhappy for so long.
