Looks like a pretty good roster. What worries me, is how much it looks like Impact. Which graphically I liked, I just hope it doesn't play that way.

I watched the trailer, thought it looked good and thought about maybe getting it, but then I saw that you get a mask with it when you pre-order it and now I may very well get it and see how it plays.

Did anybody end up getting this today? I've seen reviews ranging from worst wrestling game since Backstage Assault to as good as the old AKI N64 games.

While I'm not familiar enough with the site to judge the score, it does mention being true to Lucha a lot. Says it's arcade in style, high flying moves happen often and although the controls are simple, the reversal system is hard to master. Also, only 8 characters are selectable from the start, but the long story mode let's you unlock the rest.

Sounds pretty good for a first effort in what they're hoping will be a yearly franchise, have to check it out.
